LivePerson sets itself apart by only doing chat based readings. They do not offer live telephone readings or email readings. LivePerson was founded in 1995 as a place for people to get advice from experts on many different subjects including law, finances, and psychics. LivePerson isn't necessarily a psychic network, however they do have a large section for psychics. We found chat based readings were great because they kept a log of all your chats, so you can always go back and read what they said anytime you want. The downside is, if you get a slow typer on the other end it can really rack up your minutes. You also don't get the personal connection you make when you speak directly to a psychic. Prices vary depending on the advisor you choose, anywhere from $1-50 per minute. You can either download and install LivePerson's chat client, or use the online chat feature.

LivePerson has a special for new customers. The first 3 minutes of your reading are free. You have to buy atleast 10 minutes in order to take advantage of this offer. This isn't as good as the deals offered by other psychic networks but it will let you get a feel for how things work before you start spending your own money.

LivePerson has virtually no screening process. Anyone can sign up to be a LivePerson advisor. That's not necessarily a bad thing, you just have to be more cautious with who you decide to spend your money with. Just make sure to read a potential psychics reviews thoroughly, and check their profile to see how long they have been a member. The biggest advantage LivePerson has is the very large selection of psychics available.

Customer Support

LivePerson customer support merely acts as a mediator if you aren't happy. If you do not feel you got any value from your reading they will send the psychic a note, asking them to adjust their charges. At that point the psychic can lower their rate until you are satisfied with the amount of the bill, or they can refund your purchase. Basically it's up to you and the psychic to work out the your differences.

Summary

If chat readings are your thing, you can't go wrong with LivePerson, it's all they do and they're great at it. A large selection of psychics is great, but no one certifies them to make sure they're any good. Chat readings are perfect if you are at work and can't talk on the phone, or if you want to keep a written record of what your psychic says. Prices vary greatly depending on which psychic you choose.
