Review: Oranum

Overview

Oranum is a relatively new psychic network in the United States, but they have been in business for several years in Poland where they are headquartered. They also have some unique features that other psychic networks don't offer. They offer chat readings, email readings and web cam readings. The webcam readings are just like watching a Youtube video, and you do not need your own webcam or microphone to communicate with the psychic. All communication is typed into a chat box attached to the webcam video. Your psychic will reply live on the screen. If you do have a webcam and microphone you can speak directly to the psychic that way as well.

Special Deals

Oranum offers an interesting special deal. Oranum allows you to chat with psychics free of charge for as long as you wish but as soon as you want an actual psychic reading or answers you will be asked to pay per minute. So even though they say free unlimited chat with psychics be prepared to spend a little money if you want real answers.

Psychic Screening Process

Oranums screening process is good. They have a large list of quality psychics available with very good ratings, however we felt their screening process was not as good as Psychic Source, Ask Now and California Psychics. Every psychic at Oranum undergoes strict testing before they are allowed to work to insure you get an accurate psychic reading.

Customer Support

Customer support with Oranum was very good. Unfortunately there is no phone support option which we thought was sort of disappointing. Fortunately email support responds quickly 24 hours a day, but there is no replacement for speaking with a live person when you have a problem. They provide a large online knowledge base section that answers the most frequently asked questions.

Summary

We really like Oranum, and their selection of qualified psychics is very good. They don't provide telephone readings however they do provide chat readings, email readings and live web cam readings. We really liked the "free" chat with a psychic because it let us evaluate different psychics before buying anything. Their screening process for psychics is good but could be improved. We noticed some psychics listed twice for some reason which makes us wonder why? (Oranum tells us this bug is fixed now). Customer service was good but there is no telephone customer support phone number which is essential in our opinion.
