Psychic Center is a division of AstroCenter. AstroCenter provides astrological charts, horoscopes and more. Psychic Center is the psychic network portion of their business. They are one of the oldest Psychic networks online and have literally thousands of psychics online at any time. We really like the huge selection but after an hour of searching for just the right psychic we felt it was a little overwhelming. Their prices are as affordable as any other network, but each psychic gets to set their own rates so prices vary depending on who you speak with. They have virtually no screening process so you have to do your homework when choosing a psychic. Overall they are a great network with a long history of customer satisfaction.

We like this since there is no screening process and it may take you a few minutes to find a psychic you really connect with.

Psychic Screening Process

Psychic Center has no screening process. Anyone who feels they have psychic abilities can join and start taking phone calls with no qualifications. This can be a good or bad thing. The good side is that there are thousands of psychics available around the clock, all with different gifts. The bad side is no one has qualified them so you have to make sure they are authentic before you spend your money with them. Fortunately they have a great customer feedback system so other customers can leave a small review about their reading. This makes things easier but we still wish they had some way of weeding out the bad psychics.

Customer Support

We found customer support with Psychic Center to be good. They were fast and responsive, and always answered our questions. Since they are part of the AstroCenter company, they have an excellent customer service record and always aim to make their customers happy. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee, however they want to keep customers happy so you can contact their customer support department if you aren't satisfied with your reading and they will typically replace the minutes you lost.

Psychic Center's website is a little dated now but all the features are there. They haven't updated their site in several years but they still give you all the great featues that you come to expect like one-click calling, customer feedback section, and viewing psychics schedules a week in advance. When you sign up for Psychic Center you are also signed up for AstoCenter where you can purchase astrological charts, horoscopes and more.

Summary

Psychic Center is a good network, although we feel there are better out there. They have been in business a long time and they have thousands of psychics to choose from. Their rates are fair but each psychic gets to choose what they want to charge so it varies from $1.00-10.00 per minute. Their customer support is good, and their website has all the good features that you would expect.
